We want you to love your CavFolk tee, so every order comes with our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee.

Not quite right? Get a refund.

If your CavFolk piece isn't quite right, for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your original purchase for a full refund of the item. You don't need to send it back. Donate it or pass it along to a friend. Original shipping charges are not refunded for these requests.

Need a different size? We'll swap it.

Contact us within 30 days of your original purchase and we'll send a replacement in your requested T-shirt size at no cost. There's no need to send the first one back.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, or it isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

How to request

Email support@cavfolk.com with your order number, plus a photo if the item is damaged, and we'll take care of the rest. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
